Rights for goods that have been 'adjusted'

I've ordered some clothing online that I asked to be adjusted, not made to measure, just adjusted, which is something they offered as a service for free, and they agreed via email before I ordered what those adjustments should be, however, when the item turned up it looks like they didn't adjust anything at all, I measured it with a tailors tape measuer. So it doesn't fit me at all.
What are my rights? I paid £300 for it online through a barclaycard a month or so ago, and it's just turned up.
Many thanks.

Adjusted is personalised so you have no rights to send them back.
If they have not adjusted them to you specifications then you need to go down the not fit for purpose route.
You need to do this by gathering your evidence along with the measurements of what they are meant to be and what they are.
Have you even contacted them yet? No point looking for trouble that isn't there yet.0 -
If the "adjustments" were by means of selecting droplist items on their web page, then that is NOT personalised ... it is made to order. Made to order items are still covered by the unconditional right to return.
(Whilst it doesn't sound like this is the case here, I'm just clarifying).0
