    exactly thats why i asked the question how long are they allowed before notifying me of the alleged offence ?

    sorry the letter was received on 27th june 2016 alleged offence was 14th april (my mistake) a full 10 and half weeks after the alleged offence.
  • If you had no windscreen ticket the NTK should usually arrive within 56 days of the alleged offence. If it does not then Keeper Liability cannot apply and they cannot hold you liable. So this would be one of your main defence points when appealing, the more you can have (poor signs, etc) the better too. Also will help if NTK is not POFA compliant too, but some are. They have to mention POFA, schedule 4, para 8/9. Some PPC's miss this out altogether.

    ha ha just found out his address on the BMPA states he has never taken anyone to court and to ignore and also debt recovery plus are on there also trading as zenith and to ignore them too !

    no but has he sold the debts to the likes of MIL ? you may find out within the next 6 yrs
