Well don't try to speak to that man! Forget that.

An IPC firm like NPE have to abide by the IPC Code of Practice so read that to see deadlines. Not that this will be cancelled on appeal, because it will not be. DO NOT PAY THOUGH - WRITE TO YOUR MP:

NPE are notorious in Norwich and some local Councillors can't stand them:

Other happy hunting grounds for NPE are forecourts like the KFC at Dereham Road, and the badly-signed Heartsease/Aldi site.

Why do you think bailiffs will be at your door?

NPE have never been near a courtroom in the context of parking tickets.

Of course debt collector letters are 'threatening', that's how they get your money - but if you ignore them, how are they going to get it?

Do you know what leads to bailiffs coming knocking? You would have to:

    - be taken to court (very rare from firms other than ParkingEye and Excel/VCS)

    - lose or ignore or miss court papers/deadlines

    - then AS WELL, you'd have had to have refused to pay when a Judge told you to!

Not going to happen, is it?!

All you get is debt collector letters usually. Court is rare and defendable and not a biggie as long as you defend and do not miss court papers (e.g. no moving house & not telling them your new address). Simple as that.

Nope, they send letters only. Most of us here have enjoyed ignoring their daft letters.

Even if they had a bailiff arm you don't just get bailiffs on site at your house without the small matter of losing in court first and not paying.
