My fianc! registered to vote in June this year.
Looking at his clearscore report last week under the electoral roll section it still has him at his old address.
He is definitely on the list at our new house as we had the yearly vote census letter and we were both on it
Should his credit file have updated by now?

Depends on when your council provides updates - many do it around December, so may be a little while to go yet.
Ask them and see if they will do a manual update. If not, tackle it from the CRA end and see if you can provide them with the evidence yourself.0
