hello!
I am looking for a water repellent treatment, which do you suggest?
I read online that Aquapel is better and lasts longer
but can't find it in UK
and idea?

    Turtle wax equivalent of Rainex. The last I bought from Amazon was half the price of Rainex.

    I do our cars about twice a year.

    I have used Rainex in the past and was quite good.....now I just tend to use the wipers, its fun watching the beaded water slide off the windows though!
  • I'd guess the reason you can't get Aquapel is because the UK is a hellhole for the damned, the moronic, and !!!!!!, as the OP would normally suggest of his adopted home country.

    Is it for the windscreen only then get a proper glass sealant, something like Angelwax H2GO. Can be picked up at a good detailing store.
