Help needed for next years holiday please!

Hi all,

After a dreadful disaster of a holiday this year in this country, we have decided its deffo abroad next year!

Problem is the school holidays and the hyped up prices! We cant seem to find anything half decent for much under £2K!!!

The holiday is for 14 nights flying from any Midland Airport for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 9 and 5 on return), we can travel from 24th July 08 and must return by 31st August due to school term.

We dont mind where really as long as its guaranteed sunshine, kids clubs, all inclusive and CHEAP!!:p

Anyone got any ideas?? I have searched loads but cant find anything that matches our budget.

Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to help.:T

Kindest Regards

Feisty!

I think Turkey is one of the cheapest med holidays.

Are you looking for AI or BB (you get some AI deals so cheap in Turkey, you can still eat out some dinners so as not to get bored).

  • Hi again,

Also was wondering how we would go about specifying that we have either an apt with a proper bed for us or a hotel room with a smaller room within for the kids?

This is because we stayed half board last year in menorca, the apt was not 4 star as the hotel was and we had a pull out bed in a drawer!!

    Regards

  • We went abroad this year to Holland ( we normally stay here) . Wont be doing that again. Much prefer UK. It was reasonably priced we normally pay more that that for UK.

We are a family of seven and cant find anything that we want abroad that is affordable either.

We want a villa with a pool. Not bothered bout clubs or meals (we like to self cater) prices for us in August due to kids holiday dates from school either £3,000 or £4,000. for a villa of our choice. Its not possible.

We did go to a beautiful one in Florida three years ago with a lovely pool. Total holiday cost £10,000.

    Nightmare!!!
