Driving from Manchester to Cologne

  • Another option I thought about is take the ferry to Dunkirk instead because it's the driving route to Cologne anyway - unless that's a bad idea for any reason? Anyone done that route?

Also, what sort of toll costs can I expect for my journey?

As said above: Hull/Rotterdam ferry is quicker way; channel port ferry (we prefer Dunkirk) cheaper by but a few quid but the drive South may age you considerably!

Also, look at the Newcastle-Amsterdam ferry
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.
