Now, I just got letters from Marston Enforcement with several Notices of Enforcement dated 11th January 2017. This is really starting to annoy me now when the debt isn't mine. They say to either pay them by 25th January or they will take action. Any advice? I'm going to go to a local solicitor on Monday.
- Would it be worthwhile to go to the Police over this?
- Contact the Local Government Ombudsman?
- Any other ideas?0
