Quick Parking Help

Hey,
Looking for some quick help.
I am currently parked in an area where the sign reads:
8am - 6pm
Permit B holders only
Or
1 hour no return within 4 hours
I am not a permit holder and have parked at 5pm, does this mean I can just leave my car here to roll through to the 6pm parking allowed time?
Doing my best to avoid a ticket
Looking for some quick help.

Yes that's OK to park at 5pm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
