Help Sheila's Wheel's Broker car insurance

Can anyone help we have been trying for days to get through to Sheila's wheel's car insurance broker . They just ain't answering the phone numbers we have tried , we need to pay some money to pay for cancellation of insurance . Can anyone help? they will increase the amount if not paid by the 13th October.

I know they're the same company as esure and they are awful. Whenever I had to ring them I press the option for sales, new customers it gets answered right away then just ask to be put through to the right department.

This won't help you much but just to balance things up, I recently had to phone them about an existing car insurance policy about ten minutes before they closed at 8pm and they answered immediately and were efficient and helpful.
