SCS Law Taking me to County Court for unpaid PCNs

- Read some of this stuff
UKPC are former clampers who have been involved in quite a number of sordid scams, for example
Hull Trading Standards took them to court on 15 counts of fraud. UKPC won all but one, but only because they had a better lawyer, a Q.C. If I recall correctly

They were bested by a Winchester barrister

They were involved in a large scale scam which resulted in a DVLA suspension

And then of course there was Tracey Kiss

Just read it:

Very well done mustoofa (or Mr K as I can call you now - you can ask the Parking Prankster to change your surname on his blog to Mr K if you prefer). Congratulations.
There was a thread on this site about DPA claims, have a search for it and have a read. If I can find it I will edit this post with the link. EDIT: found it (see below), good starter thread.

Thanks for the Tip. It's on the Parking Prankster site now.

Need to prepare a case against UKPC for data breaches and contract breaches. Is there anyone you can recommend who can help me pursue this? I'm willing to pay for it as I want to see it through especially after all the stress and missed family time I had to spend behind this case.
Well - don't reply to a private message from anyone offering to 'help'! if they are posters with less than 5 figures of posts. Nonono.
I do know someone who might assist, if interested, send me a pm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unrelated - C-M can I PM you a specific point about what I am dealing with in the event you know someone who may be able to advise? Don't want to open post it yet as it's in flight. If yes - just like this post (to avoid us clogging up this thread), if not don't worry.0

Hello Mustoofa,
Congratulations on your result, I hope you're well. I was just wondering if you have the transcript to your case with the Judges Judgement?
I would really appreciate it!
All the best,

Hello Mustoofa,

All the best,

AFAIK there is no transcript for this case. Most defendants don't get them as they cost money.
If you need help with your own case. Read the NEWBIES thread atop page one, then, if necessary, start your own thread.1
