Need to prepare a case against UKPC for data breaches and contract breaches. Is there anyone you can recommend who can help me pursue this? I'm willing to pay for it as I want to see it through especially after all the stress and missed family time I had to spend behind this case.

You're not likely to get a response from an OP of a thread that has been inactive for 7 months.

AFAIK there is no transcript for this case. Most defendants don't get them as they cost money.
