Have a over 10 year old Dell laptop running vista. Nowadays it is rarely used. Daughter was using it today and found that the keyboard works perfectly allowing her to type in the password. After logging in and everything is loaded she found the following:
1. When she double clicks on an icon it normally opens up. Now it shows the properties of that icon etc. The only way to open is to right click and select open.
2. When she types something the first few characters are as typed but then nothing appears afterwards. She also noticed that when she presses the button e è appears.
Any idea how to solve this?
