Parking Charge Notice should I pay?

I have previously seen advice given to other users about paying parking tickets issued by private parking firms, but can't remember which ones are safe to ignore. I have received a parking charge notice from a car park management company called ParkingEye could anyone tell me if this is the type of notice that is safe to ignore. Thanks in advance.

  • None of them is safe to ignore. Which wasn't the question you asked in the title of this thread.

No read the NEWBIES sticky thread on this forum. It'll tell you what you need to do. Then come back with any specific questions.

Parking Lie are the worst company to ignore.

As advised, read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then appeal using the BPA template in blue. Copy and paste. Do not edit. Do not ignore. Do not reveal who was driving.

The only time you should ignore these Muppets is if you are in Scotland or NI and you have not told them who the driver was.

    should I pay?
    No.

Please read other posts on this forum and you will see these are appealable to get them quashed, and you should complain to the retailer/landowner, of course.

All covered (including the first appeal in blue writing) is in 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.
