Resolver how can I check they have received the message

Hello,

Ive used Resolver several times with great success but this time I'm trying it with my local District Council and they are just not replying.

How can I check they have received the messages please?

    You can't, short of ringing up the appropriate department.

    Read Receipts or Delivery Receipts have to be requested by you, and allowed by the recipient. A District Council would probably disallow all forms of receipt.

    Hi,

    They have just woken up. Typical, nothing for 21 days then, after I escalated the case and rattled their cage again lots of replies.

    The only problem is the names for the staff that Resolver have are out of date. Is there a way to updated the systems information?

    I found this with a complaint I was making (the named person had left the company 2 years before), I contacted Resolver through the site and they made an update (it took a few days, and 2 attempts before they got it right).
