    I have complained via sending an em to complaints@popla.co.uk with my popla appeal attached and CC'd em to David Dunsford, DVLA, and to Premier Park. I have advised that I will not submit anything on their website until they assure me that it not 'phishing' and I will not post them anything as they have enough info to process my appeal with what my popla appeal attached stated.
