Kitchen/Bathroom Ventilation

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest how I can ventilate my kitchen and adjacent bathroom?

Fitting extractor fans would be difficult since getting electrical cables to the windows would mean a lot of work.

I was thinking of placing extractor pumps in the loft. The only problem is that I live on the 4th floor so I am unsure how to expel it outside (without using scaffolding to create the duct).

Idea's would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Pieter.

You could drill a hole through the wall next to the the window, and install an extractor (if there's space) this could be wired across the loft and down the bathroom wall installed in trunking.
