I have read the newbie thread and a number of others, but just want to check best course of action.
I received a charge from a PCC in bristol. I had paid to park, but according to them didn't park in a marked space, despite the car park being full of unmarked spaces. I didn't block anyone or any access.
I have stoically ignored them for 4 months and have now started the inevitable Debt collection threats.
My plan is to continue ignoring them. However i am not 100% clear on whether i should appeal still? or contact the landowner to complain?
Any advice would be welcomed.
Thanks in advance

After 4 months no ppc will entertain an appeal, but that doesn't stop you trying !
Which parking company was it. If its an IPC member then u haven't missed much, but if it was a BPA member then u could have obtained a popla code and tried an appeal with them.0 -
Name of PPC? also have you complained to the landowner/car park owner and (politely) demanded that they instruct their agents to cancel the parking charge? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0
