windows 10 cannot move toolbar to use buttons undreneath

Hi guys does anyone know how to get the bottom toolbar (taskbar) to move as it's stuck at the bottom of the page masking clicking on web-pages. I cannot do banking or surveys as I cannot click on things at bottom of screen.
Previously I have been able to hide toolbar but after the latest updates it cannot be moved except to put it at either side or top of screen. It's a pain watching films also as it's stuck on the page; a thick and back wedge.
Any ideas please??

Right click on it then go to settings and set "automatically hide in desktop mode"0

thanks had done that before but it changes back. did it again and closed computer now it's fine!!0
