Does anyone have any recommendations for a portable induction hob?
I like to be able to simmer certain foods but it seems this is an issue with most induction hobs - getting them to a low enough heat. From what I understand this just means that pulses are further apart so your sauce or whatever may in turn be cooling down or getting too hot - ie it is not a constant heat level. Do the different makes vary in this?
Cheers

We have a fantastic single ring one by tefal. We bought it to see if we liked induction and it is really good. There are several settings, a timer and a manual setting. Very easy to clean and does what it's supposed to do. Purchased from Amazon fir around £30. No idea on others I'm afraid.0
