Hi! I recently found some old paperwork on a loan we had years ago with M & S Bank. On the loan summary it showed the PPI as just over £3000. I put in my first claim. Today we received a letter stating they find in favour and they will pay £1192.33; breaking down £607 a full refund of payments, £120.54 interest, £579.91 payment for loss of interest & £115.99 basic rate income tax deduction..... should we accept or go for more? This is my first claim so a complete newbie.... ta
