What to do when you've been grossly overcharge on postage?

Mark their stars down and mention it in feedback. I personally get tired of sellers who forget that how a customer perceives a transaction is more important than how a seller thinks a customer should perceive it.

"Postage and packing" - the clue is in the name.

What do you do if you are unhappy at the price of postage paid on another website? I would do the same as you would do in those circumstances.

YES! They are. Indeed. Maybe I've been on this forum too long.
Sometimes you deal with big issues all week, solicitors etc, and you forget how the little problems meant something to me once upon a time... ah yes I remember now, thank you.
