Anyone else having problems with SKY?
Tried calling them twice in the last 2 days. Never answered despite waiting on the line for over 30 mins. Chat -too busy to connect.
Facebook page, littered with complaints of no contact...

What number are you using? The official number will start 0344 and will be detailed on Sky's website, or on a recent bill.
If you make a Google search for 'contact Sky', or similar, you will find hundreds of scam websites promoting a variety of premium rate 084, 087 or 09 numbers that are described as 'call connection services'. The number may or may not put you through but whatever happens you will be spending a LOT more than if you had called the official 0344 number found on Sky's own website.
