Tesco Direct Debits

Have set up four direct debits for my NatWest current account with four seperate Tesco accounts, but for some reason the mandates aren't showing up yet, even though I set them up last Friday!
In previous experience, the mandates usually show up on online banking within 2-3 working days.
Any ideas why this may not have happened yet?

Hi Nath27,
If the direct debits are not showing on NatWest or Tesco (and I would expect them to show on the Tesco list as that is the bank they are coming from) then I would suggest you call the bank to query it. Hopefully it is just a simple admin error.

Thanks for the reply Laura - I will give NatWest a ring and see what they say, I have never had this problem with any other bank before.

When I set up new direct debits on my NatWest account they do not show until the first payment has been taken, which is annoying.0

I set-up two DDs from Tesco, one each for Internet Saver and Instant Saver. Both show in my Nationwide online account. I can't see from there what date they are due or the amounts.0
