7 loans with Lloyds.. they say no PPI taken out?

Hi everybody
I contacted Lloyds TSB with 7 loan accounts that my Mum had had over the years with them.
I did not have any of the paperwork only the account numbers.
Lloyds replied saying that they had completed a search of their records and said no PPI was taken out and considered the matter closed. They did not provide any proof of this search.
What should be my next move?
Thanks for your time.

Either -
Send them your proof you had PPI;
or
If you believe they are lying, invest £10 in a SAR.
But before you do - did your mother have PPI?0 -
What "proof" could they provide? If your Mother didn't have PPI, then clearly the Bank won't have found any..dacooksters wrote: »They did not provide any proof of this search.
If you want documentation regarding these loans your Mother will have to submit a formal Subject Access Request (SAR) letter which costs £10. Obviously, this will be a waste of money if all you want is evidence that your mother never had the insurance.0 -

How can you prove something that doesnt exist?What should be my next move?
most borrowing did not have PPI on it. So, why do you think it did?
