Never heard of a Balance Transfer prepaid card but there's a first time for everything. Or by bt do you means British Telecom?
Depends on the card: Is it a regular Mastercard or a Debit Mastercard? Regular Mastercard prepaid cards are usually designated as credit cards and Amex only accepts payment by debit card.0 -
