With two kids now flown the coop we find we have loads of stuff they will probably not need but we cant bring ourselves to "just chuck it"

We are not talking about storing anything of great financial value more sentimental stuff like school-work and art ect. . .

Garage and loft is full so keen to create a little breathing space but sure they'll be coming back looking for x or y.

And info out there on an annual contract?
Any where to avoid?
Can anyone recommend a site?

Dont wanna pay over the odds but whats a fair price?

All info gratefully received.
I'd like to teach the World to sing in perfect Harmony  :j :D:)
