  • Many thanks guys for the replies, particularly the ones who have actually declared goods.
    I thought it might be the case that Customs wouldn't be bothered with a couple of bottles extra but wasn't sure. I agree, it's probably not worth the time and effort.
    I know that taking a chance on the green channel could backfire and result in confiscation so I would be quite happy to pay £7-£8 duty per bottle if need be as I tend to take back high end stuff and even with the duty it's cheap.
