Morgan Stanley 3% Cashback con??

I used this site to find their deal, then went to their website and signed up. Now having spent £4900 I only have £66 back whereas it should be £146. Morgan Stanley say it was never 3% cashback but 1% and triple after spending £2k - would like some advice please, they are supposed to be calling me back but so far haven't heard a thing. Help!

sorry, thought my previous message hadnt shown up but it has, sorry!¬
  • The figures don't make sense if it's as Morgan say £2000 @ 1% = £20, £2900 @ 3% should = £67 total £87 ask them while you talking to them for an explanation.
Another twist is that when you get it sorted getting your cashback is no walk in the park,
The minimum Cashback Bonus award you can redeem is £15, followed by increments of £15 i.e. £30, £45, £60, etc. Terms and Conditions apply. Please see the Cashback Bonus award Programme Rules for full details.

Suggest you read the T&C's as your stuck with them
