Just to wish you a day of justice (that's all you need-justice not luck).
A friend is having HER day in court tomorrow-she too ended up homeless as scimbag LL got the hump when the council told him his neglect had made house inhabitable and rather than pay to put it right he evicted her. There must be a LL mentality that promotes stupid decisions and lies as she's now fighting for her deposit back. Forget fraud and harassment charges-people like this (and especially local govt workers) should be made to live in a mess identical to the ones they create in their "customers" lives for six months. Then the penny might drop !

I won't wish you luck-just justice and a way to move forward with yours and your children's lives
