So let's say our respective surplus kilos are either floating off or being crushed to Nothingness.
We're in for a win either way, mot.

House phone just rang and made me jump out of my skin:eek: It was BBC 3 Counties Radio asking if they ring me shortly to do radio interview about Buncefield and today's appeal!

  • First time posting on your thread MOT but like many others I have been following your story. I just wondered do you have any lavender essential oil? If you start feeling sick or panicky just open the bottle and breathe the smell in deeply for a few seconds. It is wonderful for calming the nerves. I use it if I am feeling very stressed or nervous. If you don't have the essential oil anything that has real lavender in it would help.

    Wishing you all the best

    Hoorah!
Had a feeling the follow-up question from Action Desk yesterday had the ring of ...well, Action, about it.
Hope you've looked at today's poem, mot - it has a simple strength about it.

Poor MOT, well at least I had a half decent night's sleep. Bit of nervous tension in the tummy region though. Haven't any Lavender oil - would a toilet block do? Keep 'em crossed. Ciao.
