Sky's current offer - ending tomorrow

Hi everyone,
I'd like to go for the current offer on by Sky, which is £50 credit and line £64/year (or perhaps fiber...hmm..). It seems like we have to go via a specific link, so can we not use TCB and get cashback there too?? Also, if I just opt for Sky's regular new customer offer on their website, and go for regular broadband and get the £100 card, can we later transfer to fiber, or will it work out more? Thanks!

I had a 'please stay' letter today, but about tv.
However,it does say that if you change any of your options, during the first 12 months, any offer on the rest of the package will be cancelled.0 -
I think I'm going to take up this offer. I'm with TT at the moment, my contract with them ended in July so I'm just pay the bill each month. They send me the bill on or around the 19th of each month and the amount is taken from my account on the 28th. Do I just leave the switch to Sky, or do I have to set a date? If so what would be the best date and do I have to contact TT?
Thanks for any advice given.0 -
The new provider do everything - in this case Sky.
The only exception is Virgin because they use their own cable network.
All other fixed providers use BT's network to some extent. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I signed up to sky from TT, and had to use another browser as Chrome wouldn't process it properly. OK with Firefox.I don't like morning people. Or mornings. Or people.0

I signed up to this Sky deal before it expired.
Here on this site, information about the deal included a dedicated Sky customer services e-mail address exclusively for MSE customers - but I didn't write it down, and the information is now gone!
Does anyone have a note of this e-mail address please so I can save it for future reference?0 -

In case anyone else is searching, I found the answer: customerquestions@sky.uk0
