Phoenix - Grand Canyon Railway

Has anyone been on Grand Canyon Railway?
This is the package I was thinking of:

It is for 2 people, one night stay at Williams and one night at the Canyon.
It goes to South Rim. Would I be able to go to the Skywalk (West Rim)? Any helicopter trips possible? Could I rent a car at the South Rim?
I'm not much of a driver, so wouldn't like to drive all the way to the Canyon:o
Also, how do I get to Williams from Phoenix?
I'm flying into Phoenix from London. Planning on going next April.
Any help greatly appreciated!
