  • Hey hi Bob and FTA!

Well, there we go, another £55 - totally free bet, on the Bundesliga, a fiver, I did it and ended up with £55- got to be worth it... and some ebay sales of just under a fiver and I am heading towards £200 2 weeks into my money for nothing challenge.

Ill do matched betting once I have some cash to cover that but cant get into gambling- not my thing! Mind you as I cashed out the £55 from the fiver freebie there was just over 50p left, due to the odds. I thought I would punt that. So far with results am at £7.78 and can cash it out at a tenner! Just need Burnley to win at Southampton. If not, so what... I will just add money then withdraw it and add it to my money for nothing total as minimum withdrawl is a tenner.

Thats gambling news haha- I am the furthest thing from a gambler.

Ive decluttered and ironed and listed more ebay and nursed a cold for 2 days. Planning on redecorating my bathroom cheaply.means a new shower curtain and some metal wall art from home bargains or b n m - and lots of elbow grease!

  • Hello Bad Panda. I like that you are trying to declutter. I managed to do that 6 years ago in a house I wished to sell. Now I have been living in my next property for that amount of time I regularly declutter. This summer I got my two children to help me sort of things to take to a car boot sale. We have a big car so we were able to fit in ever such a lot to take. It cost 6 pounds to sell at the boot fair. We managed to sell around 47 pounds of things we don't need or want anymore. It was a hot day and I found the boot fair quite tiring. One of my relatives does matched betting and he does well with it. Well done for stop smoking and not drinking as much alcohol. You are managing to sort out your bathroom on a very low budget. I am sure you give others ideas which are great.

Hi,what a great start especially the stop smoking and the ebay saes side ,you are doing brilliantly ,i shall be following with interest.
  • Ebay sales of £175 in past day. Going to do some more listing later on and have a skip up the loft to fill the basket of treasure!

Payday is looming ever closer and I shall start squirrelling away my emergency fund.

Just need to get some clear water to move things forwards.

Also will look at cheaper gas and electricity and see whether I can get a fiver from Amazon.

Feeling so tired today as I only managed a half hour sleep last night - flipping head cold.
