Hi All,

Please can somebody help.
I sent off two PPI claim forms to HSBC over 8-weeks ago and they haven't acknowledge anything.
I even sent them a letter explaining if they had received my PPI claim forms two weeks ago and still no acknowledgement from them.
Has anyone else had the same issue with HSBC ?

The address I sent my claim forms and letters was to:

HSBC, PPI Complaints
PO BOX 6177
COVENTRY
CV3 9HP

I have so far received around £13K for myself and my wife from other lenders in PPI compensation.

Cheers,

Gary.

HSBC have no known issues. I would suggest a phone call to them to check they have received the letter.

Their telephone number for complaints should be on their website.
