sat nav faults help
I brought a satnav from Halfords last month. now the screen has packed up so i took it back to halfords who say because i have registered it and its know 30 days old all that can do is send it back to road angel for repair. My question is should/would i be entitled to a replacement or refund or do i have to accecpt there repair.

Did you buy on a credit card? The article above says you're entitled to a replacement at the least - if you did buy using a credit card you'd have additional rights under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
However for the moment you've got the Sale of Goods Act behind you - if I were you I'd go back to Halfords and ask for replacement/refund or the threat of small claims court action.
