A written warning to PE that, if they persist and you prevail, you will be seeking reimbursement from them for the time you have spent on this matter, should give them cause to reconsider .

I have today, received a letter from ParkingEye confirming that the parking charge has been cancelled.

Yay! A victory for common sense.

I am never going to grace any business in Pride Park, Derby with my discretionary spend, ever again!

Another firm that will be going bust due to its stupidity in letting this rouge parking firm loose on its customers.

Good on you for refusing to grace their doors again, look out for PE signs at other businesses as well.

Join the club and refuse to spend your money with any establishment that has this firm infesting its car park.

They have made it loud and clear you and your money are not welcome by employing this parking firm.

    Well done!

Email the businesses and tell them why you are boycotting them, let them hear it or nothing will change.

I will write to the business, but I will do it anonymously, as I don't want any come-back from this.

Now I need to fight another charge for a family member. ParkingEye have wheeled out the not met 'discretionary criteria' line on appeal whatever the eff that is! (despite legitimate evidenced business with the company) I will start another thread shortly...
