Lloyds student account overdraft *please help!*

Hi all.
I'm not very good with this sort of thing so I've come here for advice/help. I'm having a right nightmare with Lloyds. I've already spoke to 6 people on the phone as well as spend 2 hours in my local branch trying to sort this out.
I've just started my third year at university and have a student account with lloyds with an interest and fee free £1000 overdraft.
I use this account purely for holding my student loan when it comes in. I transfer money from it as and when I need it, either for bills or to keep my current account out of the red. I've not had any money in the account since last May as it has all been in my current account. Because of that, Lloyds have told me that they are taking away my overdraft from my student account. Their reason for it is because they believe that I withdrew all the money from that account (my statement says otherwise) and "did a runner" (words of the advisor I spoke to in my local branch). Even though my current account has money frequently paid into it. Does this sound right? I thought that I didn't need anything in the account as it was interest and fee free. Nothing went into the account for around 4/5 months, which is what I did last summer without any problems.
Up until now, there has been no charges on the student account or has been in an unplanned overdraft. They were even questioning the amount of money (student loan) that is going in and out.
I feel completely duped by this and it doesn't feel right. I can't find anything in the terms and conditions about it (neither could the advisor) so I'm looking for a second opinion.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Do you have an overdraft on the account? ( using the planned overdraft )
If you do and you have not been using the account it is not surprising that the bank think you have 'done a runner' leaving it overdrawn.
An overdraft is subject to the bank's evaluation of your circumstances and can be withdrawn at any time.0 -
Is your current account also with Lloyds or at another bank?0
