Parking ticket pcn

i took pat in her mobility car to scarborough for the day and got a pcn ticket i emailed as soon as i
got home
please could i say that we have been to scarborough the last 3 tuesdays and i
have parked on the front each time
this tuesday i got the mobility scooter out for pat and we set off up the front
then came back and went the other way got some rock for the grand kids then
had fish an chips then went home
we arrived at 10:16 and left at 12:22 but i got a ticket and a picture of the disabled
parking badge is where it as been every time we have been there it is actually
stuck there as to not forget it
pat likes scarborough and needs some sea air so every week its a 2 hour drive
2 hours up the front and 2 hours drive home i did not display the clock
