    Should I be worried?
Nope, not really, but it is best to get a retailer to cancel it, purely because alleged debts can be 'pursued' in the UK for six years.

You don't need help, this is only a daft invoice from G24! Not some sort of fine.

You don't need help to deal with daft follow-up debt collector 'begging letters' either:

Same advice as the thread you posted on - complain to the retailers/landowner or site agent:

One of the first things in the NEWBIES thread is a link to 'successful complaints about PPCs' which shows years of successes when complaining to retailers and landowners.

You could also complain to the other retailers where you or a passenger may or may not have been browsing/shopping that day.

Go for each Store manager - whether or not you shopped there that day - one of them will probably be happy to cancel it and probably does a few a week. Never too late.

G24 have cancelled loads of PCNs when told to by the landowners/retailers on site.

G24 do not cancel based on merely an appeal.

G24 do not do court; they are very tame, just letters.

As shown, G24 are NOT known to ever try court.
So now im in a bit of a pickle as the letters are in my partners name, even though we share the car and it was me driving that day so he has started to worry about going to Court.
    He'd be the first!

DO NOT name yourself as the driver because a keeper has the best line of defence if a PPC ever does try a court claim (no big deal and no CCJ as long as no court papers are ignored over the six years - but best not to defend as an admitted driver, so don't tell them about you).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you are using your real name, you should delete your post then either join again with a different username, or ask a board guide to allow you to change it. Repost your query but leave out anything about who was driving. Only ever refer to "the driver" on here.

The advice to ignore has not been given on this site since the law changed in 2012.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES. This will tell you how you should have appealed, and why it is safe to ignore debt collectors.

There is nothing stopping you from making a late appeal using the IPC template from the NEWBIES thread add the following,

Changes in EU law last year say that appeals should be allowed (Alternative Dispute Resolution) for up to a year, and it will make you look reasonable should they decide to take this further.

"It is the will of Parliament, as a result of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, that ADRs must imminently be made available for not less than a year."
