M&S switch offer - no 'existing customer' exclusion?

I've just noticed (and yes, I know I'm behind the curve here) that M&S have reinstated their £220 gift card offer for switching. I can't see anything on their website T&Cs to suggest that existing incentive recipients are excluded here - I'm half way through my original 12 month term now.

So, not seen any discussion on this, but has anyone managed to do this twice?

You haven't look hard enough. Clause 5 of the "Offer terms and conditions for switching to M&S Bank":

You must not have previously held a M&S current account and used the Current Account Switch Service, or submitted a ‘Switching your standing orders and Direct Debits’ form to us or used any other switching method to switch your banking and received any switching incentive whether the accounts are currently opened or closed.

Doh... I really should not be doing this on a brand new computer, I thought page nine was the last. And yes, it did strike me as a bit noddy up to that point. Oh well, will have to let the coop account languish a bit longer then.

On M&S switching T&C's it states that you will only get a gift card once using their switching system no matter how many times you switch to them, so no you wouldn't be able to get another gift card deal.

My dad holds M&S account but did not take advantage of M&S giftcard offer and he did not switch his account over to M&S.

If he opens up another M&S account will he be eligible for £220 giftcard incentive?

He should be from reading the T&C's as it doesn't state that if you are a existing customer that you can't, only if you have previously switched to them and already received a gift card incentive.
