Wireless speakers don't seem to be "wireless" at all!

Hi Guys,
I am trying to find "real" wireless speakers but they all seem to be not really "wireless".
One I tried was wired to a socket then was wirelessly connected to device via bluetooth. Worse still, if you wanted to add another speaker, you had to use a AUX cable from one speaker to another, which completely makes a mockery of the wireless system.
I know there are wireless systems like Sonos and the like that seem to sync seperate speakers together but they come at a premium cost.
I would also like to wirelessly connect to my Samsun TV using same speakers (is that even possible)
I am thinking maybe there's a way round this that I haven't though of, so anyone know any options for me?

These seem quite close to what you want - but they still need to be plugged in for 'power'

If you want to transmit your TV audio over bluetooth, you could just get a phono->bluetooth adaptor like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Transmitter-TaoTronics-Portable-Wireless/dp/B00Q2EGQQU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1474964503&sr=8-1&keywords=audio+to+bluetooth0
