Has anyone bought from CompleteCare Network Limited?

I made a purchase through CompleteCare Network Limited over a month ago. https://www.completecareshop.co.uk/ I never received confirmation of the order, nor have I received the order. I have tried to contact them, the last time via paypal as that is how I paid, but I have had no reply!

The website all looks ok, I am wondering of anyone else has bought from them?

    Give them a call... their reviews seem ok enough on trust pilot...

  • I have purchased a few items,last being in August this year.Give them a phone and explain.

    I brought a couple of things. Also didn't get a notification. After a week e-mailed them about the order and replied saying it was on back order. E-mailed them again after two weeks asking to cancel order as had to buy from else where. Three weeks later and several e-mails later finally got my refund.

    Open a case on PayPal for item not received. If you go into the transaction and you can do it on there. Explain you have contacted with no response. If they do not refund you via that then PayPal will step in and refund you.

    Have placed orders with them twice.
    Each time, I've received confirmation of order, but then never received any of the items I had ordered.
    Seems to me that everything on their site is always on back order.
    Had to get refund both times and will never try to buy from them again.

    Wow, thanks everyone. Their site looks so trustworthy. I really need the things urgently, if they are just contacted me and said it would take a while, I would have cancelled a month ago. I have difficulty using the phone, but I shall get someone to phone for me and I have now opened a paypal dispute.

  • Ive ordered from them every month for the last year. Up until last month they were very reliable. My last order was 10th september. When it hadn't arrived by 18th, i emailed them and they told me they couldn't give me a dispatch date as they were having problems in their warehouse. I needed these items urgently, so said i would like to cancel this order and be refunded.
    I ordered the items needed from another company who delivered the next day.
    Completecareshop did not reply to my last 2 emails re cancelling the order and sent the goods 14 days after ordering.
    Problem is, i had already got them from another company.
    When i rang them, i was told "tough". The person on the phone was very abrupt.
    They have lost my custom.

    Have a look at the reviews on trust pilot for the last few weeks. Im not the only unhappy ex customer

    I generally use the http://www.betterlifehealthcare.com/ (owned by Lloyds Pharmacy) or http://www.careco.co.uk/

  • First order I placed with them arrived very promptly so I placed a second order.
    Big mistake. Although it was only a small item and was in stock, it took several phone calls before it finally arrived but at least it did arrive.
    I sent them a stinging email and will not be using their " services " again.

    Update - I got a refund from them through PayPal, but never received any contact from them at all. Scary that this can happen so easily!
  • Can anyone help? I placed an order for over £100 on 28th August and the item never arrived. I finally got hold of someone three weeks ago and cancelled the order. After being told that they do not accept paypal payments and I must have purchased it on a "rogue" site they finally conceded that they did in fact have the order, but never ordered it from the suppliers. They have promised a refund but it hasn't materialised. Are they going under or what? I can't get them to answer the phone and they don't reply to emails. I did raise a resolution with paypal but didn't get back to Paypal in time (cause I was promised a refund and thought Complete Care would honour it) and now the case is closed with paypal and I can't get my money back. £100 is a lot of money to me and my mother desperately needs the item.
