Boots Star Gift thread

I just received an order from Boots and it is all smashed and broken. I bought 6 of the sanctuary spa jars as I wanted the jars to use as kitchen containers and I would also use all the bits. I bought 2 of the nail varnish to get the No 7 free gift and a Tena to make it up for free delivery. The No 7 sphere is squashed flat and the Tena is squashed and covered in little bits of glass. Wasn't even offered a replacement order and he wanted me to take photos in case anyone queries the refund. The box had a huge hole in the corner and it rattled with broken glass. Boots if you are reading this can I get a job in your packing place to show you how to pack a parcel so it arrives in perfect order.
