Thats handy to know, Thanks
So I can go in and buy both Champneys sets today? last weeks one and the one that starts today?
If the shop has stock then you can go in and buy them and take them away, that is all Dozen or so of the star gifts that are currently running.
I would advise you though to go in and then order them in store to collect later as you will probably get more points than just buying in store and taking them awayIf you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -

I despair with the attitude of Boots. Went in today to buy one of the No7 Black Friday items as I had a £5 voucher to use. No problem. I asked if I could do an online order for another 9 of the same item. The reason - they are on 342 so it makes sense to order in multiples of 3. Sales Assistant - that's classed as bulk ordering I'll have to check with the manager for security reasons. She went off and came back to ask who they are for - I said presents for family & friends, not that it should matter who they are for. I said I will just go home and order them online if you cannot do it. She disappeared again to check with the manager. When she came back she said yes she would do it but the till might stop her from doing it as 9 is classed as bulk buying. Processed the order through the till and guess what - it worked! I fail to understand what difference it makes whether I want 3 of each of the No7 Black Friday offers or 9 of the same item. I'm wanting to spend my money in their shop - do they not want it? Instead I'm made to feel like a criminal as though I'm doing something wrong. :mad:0

your store wouldn't be getting any of my custom if they treated me the way you appear to get treated every time you go in. I wouldn't put myself through that, I'd just buy online or go to another store.0 -

If you bulk buy online consistently then the automated systems could stop your orders. That is what it is designed to do, it is the equivalent of the manager checking it. Can not say I agree with their bulk buy policy but I understand that they have it to allow access to the products to a wider number of people especially in stores as opposed to directly from the warehouse. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -

Which is why I bought one of the shelf and ordered online for the others so that I was leaving stock in the shop for other people. I have done 2 online orders this year - neither were for bulk orders. None of the orders had more than 3 or 4 items on them. I'm hardly what you would call a bulk buyer.
The bulk buying policy never applies to the sale though - I've seen people buying more than 6 of the same item. Last year I saw someone with 20 Soap & Glory sets!!! Why does the rule not apply then?0 -

I know I should boycott the store but it'd be cutting my nose off to spite my face as they sometimes have offers on that I want to take advantage of.
I have to say Superdrug are the complete opposite - their staff go out of their way to find stuff for me and even check the stockroom if there is none on the shelf. If an item is clearance for example and they want rid of it they let you have more than 6 no problem at all. After all, the bosses of Superdrug want money in the till, get rid of old stock or discontinued stock so they have space for new lines. Boots appear NOT to want money in the till.0 -
