Have I got grounds for complaint?

I have been checking my credit file and discovered an old debt with wonga from nearly 2 years ago. I was caught up in the cycle of payday loans which I am now free from (yes, I realise this was stupid and shouldn't have happened but I've clawed myself out of it now, what's done is done) I believe it was around the time they were assessing if they had given loans without completing proper checks and were writing off loans they shouldn't have given out, I vaguely remember having the email to say that it was not one of these loans so I replied asking to carry on with repayment

It's around £120 and I have had no communication from them about the outstanding amount, no letters or emails or phone calls. If there would have been something I could have worked them into the mix (there was about 4 companies) and cleared this a long time ago. Obviously this has impacted my credit as it's been reporting default for all this time.

Are there any grounds for complaint about the lack of communication and the subsequent impact this has had on my credit? I'm going to pay off the debt, I don't expect it to be waived as it is genuine.

I can't see any grounds for complaint.

There's nothing stopping you from clearing the debt if that's what you want to do.
