Youview Program summary changing

I've been living with this for years, I don't watch much television but curiosity and irritation have finally got the better of me this evening.

When I press the info button either in the program guide or while watching the channel on some channels I get a quick flash of a decent description giving series and episode number which rapidly changes to useless generic summary.

My girlfriend is here this evening and watching NCIS on 5USA and we're seeing the above. As you can see I'm on my laptop, NCIS doesn't do it for me. :(

Does anyone know why the description changes and Is there any way to see the original better description rather than the rubbish one that it changes to?

Thanks but that doesn't fix it, I do a retune fairly regularly, the last one was only a couple of weeks ago but this problem has been there for a long time.

The information that appears immediately is from the over the air broadcast data that the box has already stored.

The information that replaces it is from the Youview servers and is supposed to be an enhanced synopsis specifically for the Youview platform.

If you unplug the ethernet cable and change channels you will see it stops happening as it will use over the air data and not youview data.

It's a known issue with Youview but it's not a fault as it is intended to be this way.
