Carron Alba tap - drip, drip, drip!

I have a Carron Alba tap in the kitchen, and it has started to drip, and it is very annoying.
I usually do jobs like this, but the tap construction has me baffled. As you will see from the link, the tap is a double lever action swan neck.
It uses ceramic valves, and I cannot work out how to get to the valves to clean or replace them.

Can anyone please help?

The levers ( 1hot,1 cold ) will pull off,may be held on with grub screw but if no screw holes on the outside of the chrome levers they will be a push fit,
When you remove the lever the assembly underneath will be visible, you can remove the whole assy with a spanner or a socket but DO NOT FORGET TO TURN OFF THE WATER FIRST!
Parts to replace the ceramic valve parts can be purchased on Amazon or similar.
