Outlook Screen. Can it show multi E Mail addresses

Can I get on one Outlook screen several E Mail addresses. Either just ones for Hotmail and Outlook accounts or preferable one that will include other provider accounts like Virgin,AOL, etc. How do I accomplish either of these tasks in easy steps please. Following the demise of Windows live 2012, I am looking to do something similar with all accounts appearing on the same screen rather than having to log out and then enter another E Mail address and password. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean MS Outlook or do you mean Outlook.com? What do you mean by "on screen...several e-mail addresses"? Do you want to look at all of your e-mail via one e-mail provider. If you do mean MS Outlook, this is possible. Just add the accounts one by one and provide all the account settings for each account.

Outlook the desktop application does allow you to connect to multiple email addresses. But it shows each in its own folder, there isn't a unified inbox that shows all incoming mail under all accounts, for example.

Have a look at Thunderbird instead. Not only does it allow you to connect to multiple email addresses but it also has a unified view so you only have to open one inbox to see all your mail across accounts.

Yes there is, all incoming emails show up in the single 'Inbox' (or whichever other folder your 'Rules' have filtered them into). I have about eight email accounts, incl my own domains and gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc, and they all get treated the same way.

Plus they all show up in the 'Unread Mail' folder as they are received as well.

Guessing a bit, but yes you can add several email addresses. Best to follow a proper guide...

PS. the "demise of Windows live 2012" has been greatly exaggerated; just add all your accounts with their IMAP configuration settings

If you are using MS Outlook client (part of MS Office), then...

Look in menus for Tools/Account Settings.... and add the mail accounts that you want.
They will all appear in the INBOX view - and you can sort and group Inbox by account if you like to separate them visually.

I have got about 5. And using the same single inbox.
Love the Outlook 2016.
