I want to alter some fields in the planner, say change Insurance to Endowment etc. but it is password protected ie locked; what is the password or what do I do to re jig the planner headings?

This budget planner is bespoke & designed specifically to Martin's requirements. It has been designed to complement his book and as such isn't editable to the extent that you require.
At a later stage an editable version may become available, but in the meantime Martin asked for the inclusion of "Others" sections within each category to make the spreadsheet as usable as possible.
Hope this information is helpful.

I tried to run the Budget planner in OpenOffice (that is an open source free replacement for MS Word and Excel). However, as the macros did not translate it does not work - would it be possible to issue the source macros and not have everything locked so that I could make a truly free version of this planner that could be added to by anyone.0
