don't think so. Surely everyone selling would rather put it on rightmove where more people are likely to see it?0

if you mean someone who is not using an estate agent as a middleman then there are agencies who place ads on rightmove on behalf of private sellers without charging the same level of fees as a traditional EA, but it is rather unlikely the vendor would pass the saving on to you
the alternative is :
a) e bay
b) gumtree and other such classified listings - buyer beware !0 -
